Privacy first

Your photos, your decision

Privacy is one of the biggest worries women have about boudoir, and it should be. Some women have found their images posted online without permission. Here’s how I handle your photos, and what to ask any photographer.

How OMKD handles your images

  • Your images are delivered in a private, password-protected online gallery.
  • They are never shared or posted without your written permission.
  • Your photos are never shared without your written permission.

Questions to ask any boudoir photographer

  • Will my images ever appear on your website, social media or in ads? Can I say no?
  • Is that written into the contract?
  • Can I approve specific images, for example only images without my face?
  • Where are my files stored, and who else has access (assistants, editors)?
  • Can I change my mind later and ask for an image to be removed?

If an answer is vague, or a studio pressures you to sign a broad model release, it’s fine to walk away.
