Confidence guide
Nervous about boudoir? You’re in good company
Almost every woman I photograph arrives a little nervous. Many worry about one part of their body: their tummy, their arms, a scar, skin that has changed after children or with time. Those feelings are normal, and none of them disqualify you from beautiful photographs.

What actually helps
- Tell me what you’re worried about. Posing, angles and light are my job, and I’ll quietly work around anything you’d like softened.
- Start covered. We begin in your most comfortable outfit, a robe or a shirt, and only go further if you want to.
- You don’t need to know how to pose. I guide every hand, chin and shoulder.
- See the back of the camera. Early in the session I’ll show you a few frames. That moment changes everything.
- Don’t wait for a “goal weight.” This is about honoring who you are now.
For every chapter

Quick answers
What if I’m too nervous on the day?
We take breaks, play your music and go slowly. Most women relax within the first 10–15 minutes.
Can I keep certain areas covered?
Always. You choose every outfit and every level of exposure.
